The love, encouragement and continuous support this man pours into my life is beyond anything I believed I would experience in marriage.  In fact, it terrified me at first, to the point of tears and terror that almost had me duck and run away from him.  (Thank Godfor great friends, family and a pastor who challenged my fear!)

While being Solomon’s wife is still new to me (two weeks from our first anniversary), I cannot imagine facing this past year without him.  He has been incredible.

Over the years, I’ve learned the value of being a spouse who speaks life into your loved one, even when – especially when – things are difficult or stressful.   Don’t take one another for granted, this life is far too fragile.  

I hope love like this never grows old.
