Not people, work, illness, weather, housework, finances, politics, children, cars, diets…
Let’s be aware of how our tendency to complain influences our satisfaction, performance and joy everyday.
Catch the negative thought as soon as it whispers into your mind. Call it out. Overthrow it by claiming a positive one.
Even in our trials, there is much to be thankful for.
If you’re having trouble identifying the positives in your life, ask a friend to help you. You may be able to do the same for them!
